It can also feel hard to know who the safe supports are - the ones who won’t judge you, dismiss you, or push you to embrace normative frameworks. You may be seeking support with relational trauma, anger, people-pleasing, substance use, grief, loneliness, 2SLGBTQ+ experiences, or feeling othered. I pride myself on creating a comfortable space for folks to feel truly understood and accepted. I will also help you get to know different parts of yourself in a relaxed and compassionate way. My therapeutic approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative therapy, Polyvagal Theory (somatics), and Mindfulness modalities.
